THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST
IN THE MURAL PROJECT
We appreciate you filling out the Calendly form to schedule an appointment for an interview.
Sign up for the Interview Here: https://calendly.com/temikatheartist/mural-interviews
We are interviewing Black men across multiple generations who have been residents, community supporters, activists or have some strong community bond to be a part of a mural project that will be installed on the west side of Atlanta. Participants will be interviewed and asked questions around the idea of "Home" and how it relates to their experience living and thriving on the westside. You do not have to be tied to a specific neighborhood. Interview questions will be provided to participants before the meeting.
We will request a photograph from participants that will be included in the mural project. We will record audio for the interviews to document the importance of residents sharing their own stories about their community.
The questions below are prompts to think about before we meet and I will only ask a few of these listed. The Zoom meeting will be recorded and should last no more than 30 minutes.
If you have questions about the project, please contact TeMika Grooms at 404-788-7787 or [email protected]
